What contractors ask us first
Do we have to replace our accounting system?
No. We integrate with it. The accounting package stays the system of record for money; the software we build captures the field data that reaches it faster and cleaner.
Will it work where there is no cell service?
Yes. Field apps are built offline-first: everything is captured on the device and synced when a connection returns, with conflict handling that does not overwrite the newer entry.
Our crews are not comfortable with new apps. Is that a problem?
It is the main design constraint. Field tools have to be usable with gloves, in the sun, in under two minutes, in the language the crew speaks. If it takes a training session, it has already failed.
Can it handle multiple jobs at once?
Yes. Multiple concurrent jobs, cost codes and crews are assumed from the start, because a contractor running one job at a time does not need software.
