Where do most projects start?

Do you do fixed-price work?
Yes, after discovery. Fixed price before understanding the process is either padded or a change order waiting to happen, so we price the discovery week first and the build second.
How small a project will you take?
If a single automation gives a team back several hours a week, that is worth doing and worth doing well. What we avoid is work with no measurable outcome behind it.
Do you work outside Central Florida?
