Mobile app development in Orlando, Florida

Mobile app development earns its cost when the work happens away from a desk: on a job site, in a vehicle, on a shop floor, in a patient room. If your team is taking photos and typing notes into a phone anyway, the app should be the one that keeps them.

We build for iOS and Android, and we are honest about when you do not need an app at all. A responsive web application is cheaper to build and easier to update, and for plenty of projects it is the better answer.

  • Android
  • Offline-first

You probably need a real mobile app when

  • The work happens where connectivity is unreliable and data still has to be captured.
  • You need the camera, GPS, barcode scanning or push notifications, not a form.
  • Field staff currently send photos and updates through a group chat.
  • Paper forms are transcribed into a system later, by someone else, from handwriting.
  • Your customers would use the app often enough to keep it installed.

Scope

What we deliver

A published app your team can actually operate, not a build that only runs on our machines.

  • 01

iOS and Android from one codebase

One team, one release cycle, native behavior on both platforms. Two separate native builds are only worth it when the app truly demands it, and we will tell you when that is the case.

  • 02

    Offline-first data capture

The app keeps working with no signal and syncs when it reconnects, with conflict handling that does not silently lose the newer entry.

  • 03

    Device features that matter

Camera, location, barcode and QR scanning, push notifications, biometric sign-in. Used where they remove a step, not because they demo well.

  • 04

App Store and Google Play submission

Store listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and the review process handled. The accounts are yours; we work inside them.

  • 05

    Security and privacy

Encrypted local storage, secure sessions and a clear answer to what data leaves the device and why. That answer belongs in the store listing and in your privacy policy.

  • 06

    Updates your team can ship

A documented release process and a build pipeline, so a small change does not require rediscovering how everything was set up.

Process

How we run a mobile project

The six stages in detail

We start in the field. Watching someone try to complete the task on their own phone, in the real conditions, tells us more than a requirements meeting ever will.

You get a build on a real device early, through TestFlight or an internal Android track, and the people who will use it every day test it before the store ever sees it.

After launch we watch crash reports and adoption for the first month. An app nobody opens is a failed project, whatever the code quality.

FAQ

Questions we get before a project starts

Do I need a native app or a web app?

If you need offline capture, hardware access or push notifications, you need an app. If you mostly need screens, forms and reports, a responsive web application is faster to build, cheaper to change and needs no store approval. We say so before you spend money either way.

How much does it cost to develop a mobile app in Orlando?

Cost tracks scope, integrations and whether the app has to work offline. We quote the discovery week first, then a fixed price for the build phase once we know what the app has to do. No number before that is worth anything.

How long does it take to publish an app?

A focused first version typically takes six to twelve weeks to build, plus store review, which is usually days rather than weeks once the listing is complete. Apple and Google both review; we prepare the submission so it passes the first time.

Who owns the developer accounts?

You do. The Apple Developer and Google Play accounts are registered to your business, and we work inside them. Your app is never hostage to our account.

Do you work with businesses outside Orlando?

Yes. We work on-site across Central Florida, including Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Mary and Sanford, and remotely for clients across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Describe the job your team does on a phone.

We will tell you whether it needs an app or a web application, and what the first version should include.
