Software for retail businesses in Central Florida

Retail software problems are almost always inventory problems. The store says one number, the website says another, and the customer discovers the difference at the worst possible moment.

We connect the point of sale, the online store and the back office so stock, prices and orders agree, then automate the manual steps that were holding them together.

Inventory, sales and channels connected in real time.

What retailers tell us

  • Online and in-store inventory disagree, and customers find out first.
  • A price or promotion has to be entered separately in every channel.
  • Purchase orders and receiving are tracked in a spreadsheet.
  • Nobody knows real margin by product until the accountant says so.
  • Click-and-collect works because a person watches an inbox all day.

Scope

What we build for retail

Start with the system that already holds your inventory truth, then make everything else agree with it.

  • 01

    Inventory synchronisation

One source of truth for stock across the store, the website and any marketplace, updated in near real time instead of overnight.

  • 02

    POS and e-commerce integration

Clover, Shopify and similar platforms connected so products, prices and promotions are entered once and appear everywhere.

  • 03

    Order and fulfillment workflows

Click-and-collect, local delivery and shipping handled with a queue and a status, rather than a person refreshing an inbox.

  • 04

    Purchasing and receiving

Purchase orders, receiving and supplier records in one place, so stock arriving is stock counted.

  • 05

    Margin and sell-through reporting

Real margin by product and by location, and what is not moving, available while you can still act on it.

  • 06

    Customer and loyalty data

One customer record across channels, which is the precondition for any loyalty or retention program that is worth running.

Orlando, FL

Retail in a tourism economy

Central Florida retail lives with tourist seasonality. Demand does not follow a national pattern here: it follows theme-park attendance, convention calendars and school holidays, and forecasting built on last quarter is wrong on purpose.

Many stores in Orlando and Kissimmee serve a substantial Spanish-speaking customer base, in person and online. Bilingual receipts, product data and customer communication are a commercial decision, not a translation exercise.

Independent retailers here compete with national chains on service, not price. Software that gives your staff a complete customer and stock picture is what makes that service possible.

FAQ

What retailers ask us first

Can you connect our point of sale to our online store?

Yes, when both expose an API, which most modern platforms do. That integration is usually the first project, because inventory disagreement is the most expensive problem to leave alone.

Do we need to replace our POS?

Not usually. We work with what you have and only recommend a change when the platform genuinely blocks what you need, because migration is disruptive and rarely the cheapest path.

How current is “real time” inventory?

Typically seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on what the platforms allow. We are explicit about the limits of each API rather than promising instant everywhere.

We have several locations. Does that change anything?

Stock by location, transfers between stores and per-location reporting are designed in from the start. It costs little at the beginning and a great deal to add later.

Where do your stock numbers stop agreeing?

Tell us which systems hold inventory today. We will map where they diverge and what it takes to reconcile them.
