Custom software development in Orlando, Florida
Custom software is what you build when the off-the-shelf option costs you more in workarounds than it saves in license fees. We design and build systems that match the way your company already works, then connect them to the tools you are not going to replace.
Most of our work starts the same way: a process that runs on spreadsheets, email threads and one person who knows how everything fits together. That person is a single point of failure, and the business feels it every time they take a week off.
- Back-office
- Internal tools
- Integrations
This is usually the right call when
- Your team maintains the same data in three places because no system talks to another.
- The software you pay for covers 70 percent of the job and the rest lives in spreadsheets.
- Reporting takes days because someone has to assemble it by hand every month.
- A process only works because one experienced employee remembers all the exceptions.
- You have been quoted an enterprise platform that costs more to configure than to build.
Scope
What we build
Every engagement is scoped around one operational problem. These are the shapes that problem usually takes.
- 01
Back-office and admin systems
The internal system your operation runs on: records, roles, approvals, audit trail and the reports management actually reads. Built so a new hire can learn it in an afternoon.
- 02
Internal tools
Focused tools that replace a fragile spreadsheet: quoting, scheduling, dispatch, intake, inspections. Small surface, high daily use, designed around the person doing the work.
- 03
Integrations between systems you keep
Your accounting package, your point of sale and your CRM stay where they are. We connect them so data moves once, automatically, with a log of what happened when.
- 04
Data migration and clean-up
Getting years of history out of the old system without losing it. We map, clean and reconcile the data, and we show you the differences before anything is final.
- 05
Security built in from the first commit
Least-privilege access, encrypted data, real authentication, audited changes. Our founding team spent two decades in cybersecurity and cloud, and it shows in the architecture, not in a slide.
- 06
Documentation and handover
You own the repository from day one. You get the architecture notes, the credentials and the runbook, so switching to another team is a decision, never a hostage situation.
We start with a paid discovery week. We sit with the people who live with the problem, map what actually happens, and come back with the scope, the options and a fixed price for the first phase. If you decide not to continue, the discovery document is yours.
From there the project runs in two-week increments. You see working software at the end of each one, on a real environment, with real data. That rhythm exists so you can change your mind while changing your mind is still cheap.
We do not disappear at launch. The final stage is a monitored release with training and a rollback plan, followed by a support window while your team settles in.
Who we build this for
Established companies in Central Florida with an operation big enough to hurt when it breaks, and specific enough that generic software has stopped fitting.

FAQ
Questions we get before a project starts
How much does custom software development cost?
It depends on scope, and any firm that quotes before understanding the process is guessing. We price the discovery week first, then give you a fixed price for the build phase before any code is written. You approve that number before we start.
How long does a custom software project take?
Discovery and definition take about two weeks. A first production release is typically four to twelve weeks after that, depending on how many systems have to be integrated. You get working software every two weeks along the way, not one delivery at the end.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. The repository is in your organization, the infrastructure is in your accounts, and the documentation is written so another team could pick it up.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Most projects keep the accounting, payroll or point-of-sale system in place and build around them. Replacing a tool that works is a cost with no return.
Do you work with companies outside Orlando?
Yes. We are based in Orlando and work on-site across Central Florida, and we deliver remotely for clients in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Most of the work is remote either way; the on-site time is for discovery, training and launch.
Tell us what is breaking.
Describe the process that is costing you time. We will tell you whether custom software is the right answer, even when it is not.
